1986 Haro Master

The White and Chrome 86 Master

I picked this frame and fork up from another member here a few years back. He had built it up as a show bike but it was NOS prior to him building it. The crank arm decals are not original but besides that everything else is original finish and decals. Took a few years tracking down the parts and I still need a rear White Nippon and a few other little ends but here it is as it sits now. I will update pics when I get it completely done.

Thanks for checking out my bike!

I had a green gyro, green and white nippons, I put blue parts on it, I played with green Z rims and even gold 7x's.... The green parts were clashing with the green in the decals. The decals are brighter green. I did not like it. The only thing that made my eyes happy was all white. I decided to only use the green and white grips because they were far enough away from the decals not to interrupt. Popped the white levers nicely and evened out the green to both sides from the center. The satin rims look white in certain light and are pretty much neutral. The white tires tires tie all of it in. That was my thought process anyway....tongue
Thanks man!!
cool

Re: 1986 Haro Master

I'm digging the pink Z-rims too!  But the white on white is the ticket!

Re: 1986 Haro Master

Bike looks amazing! Looking to buy one or have one built. Don't have the time or know how. Any interest in selling or pointing me in the right direction?
