The hubs look like magnesium Hutch hubs (hard to tell as I'm looking at pics from my phone).  If they are don't use any chemicals to clean them.  Just stick to soap and water. 

Very cool bikes and built up with nice parts.

Almost done! 24" Powerlite frame set, bars and seat post. Dia-compe brakes, Torker 6 bolt stem, tange headset with dirt skirt. Araya 7x with black hutch hubs and original decals.
