^^ Freek - You're late to that game. I picked a sprocket already. I hope people see my current concerns, above your giant pics of sprockets lol

No worries, I generally ignore his picture whoring.

I'd keep the wheels as is, the blue w/silver hubs matches very well.  I think they'll look better than any other setup you named.

I like the new Brooks seat, it has a much nicer shape that the one currently in place.

You've already decided to change out the blue brakes for silver, good call.

I don't see why you shouldn't try to sell the shortened chain to someone for their 20".  Don't think you'd get new bricing for it, but should be able to recoup some cost.

Thanks for all the input! So far my worries about too much blue are only in my head.

The silver brakes do look much better. I can take more pics this weekend, but the Brooks saddle won't be here until next week.

The chain cost me ~ $63 shipped - I was thinking of asking $50 for the 92 links - however something is also telling me to hold onto it for the future.

Very well I think. I finished it up the night before as I was packing for a trip to the shore, and this one rides like a dream. The seat is actually more comfortable than I thought it would be, just looking at it. Here's some pics I took the morning of the first ride. It was early, so the lighting kinda sucked.

Thanks!

I'm hesitant to add the decals. A little bit worried on placement, as well as worried they'll clutter up the frame. I guess I need to photochop them in, before committing.

Wow, not sure how I've missed this.  Looks absolutely cracking right now, you've set it up perfectly.

Curious to see it with the decals too.  cool

Very SICK build! I love the minimalist, simplistic no-decal approach. Did you ever find out what color that is? Looks kinda like candy purple??

Thanks! Craig hasn't got back to my recent emails, so not sure about the color details. It's like blue chrome, really awesome in person.

Check out my museum page. I tweaked the pics to better show the real color. The lighting sucked that early in the morning. Thanks for your earlier comments, I also don't think it's too much blue now. Even thinking of some blue Bullseye pedals now.
