Lymphoma

Today my wife was diagnosed with it sad , a lump in her chest beside her heart and throat the size of a tennis ball, should be coffee bean size.  Chemotherapy starts next week, five lots straight up and see were we are.
Took her in for flu symptoms and ended up in ICU within 2 hours , CT scans the lot .
Anyone else dealing with this , just sending good vibes out if you are cool

Re: Lymphoma

My dog has been dealing with it for more than a year. It`s very curable with a good survival rate. He is currently on chemotherapy and in remission.
I wish you both good luck!

Still searching for my missing bikes from BITD. 1979 Blue Max serial: CI9 221346 and 1977 Webco serial: 42667. Both were last seen at Spoke and Sport Bicycles in Spokane, WA around 1984. $600 reward if found!!

Re: Lymphoma

Sorry to hear, I hope your wife get's better, tell her plenty of rest is key. I hope it all works out for you guys.

In 2006 I was diagnosed with skin cancer, In 2016 it spread to the Lymph nodes in my right arm pit and grew into the nerves in my shoulder and this past June it spread to my brain I ended up with a brain tumor which was skin cancer also. I did 15 treatments of radiation and I'm 6 months into a years treatment of immunotherapy.

I understand, doctors want her blood to be healthy enough to take to the treatment positively. And have no negative effects on her. Keep her spirits up, even if you gotta break out some corny jokes to make her smile, it’ll help smile
Let her know we’re all pulling for her!
