Yuppers! Behind Captain Kids- By the seaside lagoon. RL liked to ride there because rolling tricks were better than on the bricks at THE SPOT. And the photographer wanted to get the sunset in the pic.

Chad is the man- my very good friend for sure. I’m glad he decided to post these pics because I felt weird posting them as vanity, etc. Chad is a true historian!

Re: Chris Day’s Freestyle Photo Album 1986

Ok, so a lot to unpack on just these pics. The young pics were around 1983-4 in San Diego when I was 13-14. My sister took the pics. The Standard bike, Polo/ Ralph Lauren pics were a show with Thrasher mag in I think Sherman oaks mall in 96 or so. The General stuff- too much- thanks Chad, I need to write a novel!

Re: Chris Day’s Freestyle Photo Album 1986

Lovin' the white Dirt Bros. bike with the black Forklifters (I think) and rear mag!  Had no idea CD rode ramps.  I had fallen out of BMX by '89 or so...

CD - can you recall some of that bike's spec?  Kind of fork, stem, front wheel, etc.?  That's a bike begging for a replica build!  Cool sticks, too...
