Chris, just curious: do you still ride? Still have any of your old bikes?

Hey man- yeah I still ride on the weekends & mostly flatland. I roll a modern S&M setup. I have a couple more frame/ fork combos left that I will be selling this year. Namely the red General in the previous pics that I will post here before it goes up on ebay. Thanks for the cool feedback bro- rock on.

Freaking awesome!  So cool.

When I was a kid I saw Chris Lashua practicing at The Spot in Redondo, and he was shredding.  I mean killing it.  I stupidly walked up to him when he took a break, complimented his riding and asked him if he was Chris Day (lol).  He was super cool and humble and said "I WISH I could ride like Chris Day."

Cool story man- thanks for that one. Yeah Chris Lashua was a super cool dude to me as well: we rode together 1 or 2 times at THE SPOT.

Killer thread! Is this CD or Dominguez? I'm guessing the latter because of the Vector bars?

Hey CD,

I've seen pics of you on your Generals, and a Haro, Dyno, Bully....but never on a Redline, though I believe you were in their advertising back in '88 or so.  Or am I imagining that?

If you did rife a RL, just curious what model.  '20-II or...?

Thx!  Fun getting the inside scoop....

Post #65, middle picture (left side), Tuck No-Hander is Chris on a Redline. I’m not exactly sure what model it is though.

The generic white leather shoes from Target, or whatever says it all. we were not poor, but I did not always get name- brand stuff.

Yeah- a 20-II & peach-coloration! RL got me & Pete A. hooked up with free frames after the fall of the industry.
