I was lucky to have a friend staying overseas in Japan for the last year... in his searches and exploring he found a few Kuwaharas for me! This is one of the bikes I was able to purchase.  There is some discussion on if the 0 stamp dates are actually 88 frames.... Personally I believe the 0 stamped magicians to be the intended "pro" model. As these are outfitted with altered geometry seat post and bars. Also the Anlun chainwheel, and Skyway OE mags or Araya 48 wheels w/ peregrine hubs were original equipment. I do have a set of the peregrine/araya wheels, will upload pics of them installed later.
This is the 3rd "0" stamp Magician I've come across. All bikes were outfitted with the same bars, post and chainwheel from the factory.
Out of the 10-12 magicians I've owned this one is the most properly equipped factory "pro" I've found.
