I have to wait for paint guy to get Ford Grabber Blue which is a much closer match to the Haro blue.  He said he will get it and do it asap so that is cool

Here is a pic of frame done, looks nice just not the right blue:
http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 797b66.jpg

Here is another pic with the fork, you can see what I am going for here but just needs to be darker blue:
http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 7970b3.jpg

On the plus side the rims look good. smile  I had the og Heffer 3 rims stripped of the nasty corroded chrome and sides polished by chrome guy.  Then I had the paint guy paint the center satin black.  Pretty happy with these now and will use them for build I think.

Here are a couple pics to show how they looked when I got them:
http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 7ad279.jpg
http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 7ad35d.jpg

And how they look now:
http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 7af9bb.jpg
http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 7afaaa.jpg

Just need to clean up the sides and they can be built. big_smile

More progress to come soon, I hope...

That came out so nice!  cool

Lol ikr! I would've loved to enter the Reaper in this. Bummed I missed out. I'll finally have it finished next Tuesday big_smile

And it's basically finished just swapped out the seat and post because I wasn't happy with what I went with.

Hey Deme, thanks for the info.  I knew about Grabber before but thought a color match was the way to go. roll  Oops!

At the shop they have a 2017 Mustang in Grabber and it reminded me of that.  So, paint dude is getting me the paint and will redo the f/f for me asap. cool

Ah I missed the part about redoing it.  That sucks but it’s gotta be right.  I’m almost done with the code, just need to put on the chain and sort out some fork decals.
