1997 Fishbone Big Ass
1997 Fishbone Big Ass
I saw a built fishbone back in 97 but could never afford it.
I bought this one off Dug6 here on the museum. Always wanted one back when I didn't have a job....alas I now have a job. The pegs and seat are stand out designs along with the UFO gyro and sushi bars. Someone threw the catalog on the counter and bought the lot on this bike. All Fishbone big ass, frame, forks, sushi bars, cranks, blowfish hubs, rims, seat/post, brake levers and cables. Primo tenderiser pedals because I like them, 110 hucker tires and ad/fs-990 brakes because they were on the bike.
UPDATE: NOS Bad Ass bars installed.

When your bike is ready to ride there's no time for socks, shoes, shoelaces, knots etc....

Absolutely killer !!
Gotta love an all chrome mid-school ground pounder that's as unique, tricked out, and complete as this. Just awesome.

She's a good looking bus for sure. Back in the day I liked it because I figured it wouldn't break. Thesedays I like the story of Fishbone Jackie, his designs and that you needed to buy a catalog of parts to make the bike. Lucky to have the full fishbone set.
