Great story! I wish I would have kept track of my builds like this over the years. Super cool!

Re: Big Daddy Journey

I am interested to know what post/guts you use these on. I have got a  Primo Hemorrhoid seat but the rails are spaced at 48mm centers and i cant find guts/post that these seats work with!. A regular seat has 42-43mm spaced rails. Primo also has massive 9mm rails too........

Re: Big Daddy Journey

Thanks fairlyodddad!

Got this step done. The brake mounts were accidentally powdered over, but soaking them in Goof Off did the trick!

In case anyone tries this, don't submerge the entire stud. The vapors will be enough to soften the powder on the flat rim. Try 15 minutes at a time. I used a 3/4" copper pipe cap. Don't use plastic.

Re: Big Daddy Journey

Very Neat. Looking forward to seeing more progress.
What type of headset is that? Some kind of conversion headset?
I wondered if you were going to switch the brake arms over and have two mixed sets.

Re: Big Daddy Journey

If you could state what make/model parts you are fitting as you go along if its not obvious that would be great. Some people like to know the finer details of a build and may not know a particular part.
