What do you have going on with the top pic? They both look delicious.Top one is a Black bean, fresh corn, fresh cilantro, onions, diced grape Tom, Black bean salsa with Chili lime seasoning with three cheddar queso fresco cheeses on top. Baked in oven.
Roasted fajita chicken with crispy skin for my dad & wife.I am going to try both dishes out . What temp did you use ? For the top one .
375 for about 25-30 mins.

Yes a casserole is how I normally do it. It’s filled with all those ingredients but the first time I did it came came out a little watery. Cheese thickens it up after resting

Re: What's for dinner?
First pie on this new 18"x 18" baking steel. Done in under five minutes, waiting for it to cool off a bit before slicing.

I didn’t realize that you put the chicken or in this case steak in the dish .
I can’t wait to try it again.

Re: What's for dinner?
I made a trip to a location about 100 miles or so . Well worth it.
I picked these up, I couldn’t resist.
I pretty much failed getting the final results before being devoured.
