Butterflied leg of lamb roasted with rosemary and garlic. Sliced then wrapped in flat rye bread with souvlaki sauce and salad.

Yes a casserole is how I normally do it. It’s filled with all those ingredients but the first time I did it came came out a little watery. Cheese thickens it up after resting

Mrs made some Pork n chicken sate’ sticks me n the granddaughter cooked them on the coals...also Thai fried pork n sticky rice..

Played grandma today baked a cake with my granddaughter... best part is when they get the spoon n bowl

Yeah the wind picked up a bit under the veranda mate had to move the whole Shebang to the garage. the sidchrome on wheels acting as wind shelter.. mrs hooked up some ribs.. n other stuff just ate the ribs
