Same as last week.
Thai beef salad.
Been on a Thai food "kick" if you want to call it that.
Really tasty, problem is, there's not enough in the take-out food container! yikes lol
Just wish they filled it to the TOP! wink

I use two different potatoes in my mashed. Yukon gold, and red. I peel the Yukon Gold, but leave the skin on the red.https://s3.amazonaws.com/uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-images/27489/img_20180630_1829295675b38069be1.jpg

Finished product.  Not plated beautifully, but my and my son's favorite. Too bad he scarfed it down quicker than Speedy Gonzales. Just to get back to his buddy's live stream. lol

I love pho.  I live near Lowell, MA, with one of the biggest vietnamese populations in the country.  We have a ton of authentic restaurants here.

I too live in a place with a massive Vietnamese population.Pho' is the best,so good and healthy, yet much cheaper and tastier than fastfood.
