1981 Powerlite SR

1981 Powerlite SR

From The Pull.  One year only gusseted frame with butterfly brake bridge.  This model was of one of the first two proper BMX bikes I’d ever seen in person.  The first was when I was a kid, watching a kid riding one of these while carrying a Red Line MXII frame.  Just look at her!  TRX, baby!  She’s the very definition of a custom race survivor, and was love at first sight.  By the way, “SR” means Steve Rink — this is per Mark Rink.
