A new batch of Azusa’s in the works

24” f/f. Prototype first, then once I have that taken care of I will post more details. The plan now is euro B.B., integrated threadless headset, 22” toptube, 15” chainstay (slammed).

Re: A new batch of Azusa’s in the works

Ok will they be ready to race by summer...I’ll try to dig up some Michigan JMC stuff and re live my youth

Please.....no Tuff Wheels on full on race bikes...original graphite’s only and pre 81
Let me guess you were factory sponsored in
the 80’s...
Please no colored tires on race bikes...
So how many years were you a Pro....
You knew a guy that had a Mongoose that weighed 12 pounds

Re: A new batch of Azusa’s in the works

Got a price point yet? Maybe a new track bike is in the cards for me. big_smile

When I find a part i need for something I am putting together and I have no trust as to weather the part is 30 years old or 30 days old and I'm being charged a price on par with the real genuine and true item. I not only have to question the logic of people with your mind set but the state of the whole hobby in general. That is more to the point why so many people that knew better just walked away. Because they stopped being "OLD" kids bikes and are just kids bikes. Where in all that does the bullshit really lay?

Re: A new batch of Azusa’s in the works

You can't hold me to it, but I'm expecting/hoping these to be in the ballpark of $699 frame & fork. $200 less than the XV 26".

Remember....if everyone came to a bike show without a bike, it would just be a bunch of dudes standing around in a park...and that's just creepy!  If you've got one, bring one.  -Me
