Spiral BMX from Brooklyn NY.
I had this same bike as a kid. Rode the wheels off it and had a great time even though it was a department store bike.
When this one popped up locally I had to have it.
Guessing on the year.
Always looking for Gack and Spooky stuff.....

My brother and I each got one of these Christmas 1980, chrome & black with spokes. We trashed them by summer 
Neighbor kid got one as well, I think they were $80.
