Not by any means an expert but looks like pro long about 1980. Neat survivor.

If that original paint and decals, it’s a 1979-80 Large Pro. On the color, some will say Snake Belly Blue, others call it Flamboyant Blue. But it sure matches my pair

Yep, 79-80 large pro, they were actually called "Pro-Kits" in one of the catalogs, they were available in blue, red, and chrome, all with double dropout forks.
