That is awesome. I don't remember any 24" BMX bikes until the early 80's.

Re: 1974 Redline 24" square back

Just talked with the owner..

No I'm not a member. The was given to me in 79 -80 from a bike shop in Huntington Beach by my house where my dad got all my bike parts and such . I had built a 26" schwinn for the cruiser class and Ralph The bike shop owner said here ride this frame so I've had it ever since

Re: 1974 Redline 24" square back

You don't see those everyday.

Rather than wait for an item to show up that was lost in the mail, Efrain Gonzales (aka bmxdawn2dusk) asked for a refund; which I immediately gave him. Then he left untrue feedback and started a call out drama thread after I sold the item to someone weeks later after the post office found it and returned it to me. HE NEVER CONTACTED ME TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. He went for drama instead.

Men resolve issues... drama queenies just want drama.

Still searching for my missing bikes from BITD. 1979 Blue Max serial: CI9 221346 and 1977 Webco serial: 42667. Both were last seen at Spoke and Sport Bicycles in Spokane, WA around 1984. $600 reward if found!!

Cool bike. I doubt that there were many wheel choices for a 24" in 1974. Those wheels look pretty clunky.

This is a Great Discovery and one of the top 5  Vintage BMX Bikes on the Planet.

If it were to leave the original owner's hands, that would definitely be the right place.  Jeff already has the monoshock & looptail Redlines. cool

Re: 1974 Redline 24" square back

The forks are different in the two pics.  The originals in the vintage shot look like Redline forks.  The ones on the bike now look skinnier and the drops are definitely not Redline style.
