2017 Sunday Model-C 24

Rides just like a 20"!!

* 50 Year Old Rider Who Is 6' 6" Tall And Made The Move To 24" Cruisers And Why Oh Why Didn't I Do This Sooner?! Well, Because Those Redline Prolines And Others I Had Geometry Just Didn't Feel Like A 20" Till This Puppy Was Born- I Kept Reading About How Sunday Made This To Feel Like A 20 So Found One And Took It To The Skatepark- At 1st It Still Felt A Little Wonky Being So High But After An Hour Or So Of Getting Used To It I Started To See What They Meant.
* Rode It For A Week Straight Then Took My 20" To The Park...Wow! It Hit My Like A Rock- There Was No Difference Other Than Height And Quicker Steering! Back In The Car Went The 20" And Out Came The Model C And I Am Hooked! If You Are A Tall Rider Like Myself Find, Steal, Borrow One Of These To Test Out- The Geometry Is Perfect- Would Not Change A Thing. I Have Had Anyone At The Park Who Asks Questions About It Ride It And They All Have A Crap Eaten Grin On Their Face When They Ride It.

I Replaced The Black Stock Bars With Chrome ( Same Size) But Knee Savers And The Pedals Are Chrome Too- Plus Orange Valve Caps And Had To Have Those Checkered Pads!
The Only Issue I Have Found It My Back Rim Is Now Out Of True And Needs To Be Adjusted And I Had To Put A Drop Of Loctite On The Stem Bolts. * Frame: 22" TT, Chromoly Down Tube and Head Tube
* Fork: 24" Fork w/ 2PC Chromoly Steerer Tube and Dropouts

Re: 2017 Sunday Model-C 24

Great post. I have an 2016 model C, I am 50 as well 5-10 and I love this bike. I went to Red Line sealed pedals Kool Stop finned brake pads and a stainless chain. I did hours of research looking at 24" bikes and for the price nothing comes close.

Re: 2017 Sunday Model-C 24

Yup..by far my best bike in the group! The only issue I have is the rims get out of true after a hard ride at the skate park...probably because I can never land my 180"s......more like 160'S!
