Happy to hear some cool vibes. Patching me in sounds like scene from  s.o.a. episode on fx, haha but I am intrigued.
This time of year sucks a little with not much going on and we have to wait till February for the big one!

Build your bikes the way you want. Always looking for 85/86 dyno but don't always have money for them.

Re: Thinking on making a WEST MICHIGAN 44t club / group, any thoughts?

With it raining, its kinda hard to think about a group ride, but a final push before the white stuff flows is on my mind. I have been busy with fall cleanup and honey doos around here but this idea of mine is not dead! As well as how we can build a strong camaraderie among our west Michigan brotherhood. Do you think we should have a facebook page or is that a bit much and just stay here?

With the onset of crappy weather we may be not abe able to ride but we coukld have bar or restaurant meet ups or??? Just trying to get some more thoughts a flowing.

No need to start a new FB page.  We already have one:

Your enthusiasm is much appreciated!

Watching  standards video of  Rick on the margarita ramps makes me want to ride let alone have some bmx brethren around to watch me crash! Awesome seeing some front brake wizardry possibly make a slight comeback!!

Is there anything coming up between now and crown point without driving a ton to meet up?

Re: Thinking on making a WEST MICHIGAN 44t club / group, any thoughts?

Going to start planning the "20's ONLY" ride... That's right, 20 inchers ONLY... Not sure when or where, any suggestions??? Also, who all is willing to join in on such a fiasco??? I'll be the first to admit that my 20's don't get the love they deserve since I started riding 24's, but I think an all 20" ride would give us all a little reminder of how this all began for us, PLUS, I think we'll get to see some bikes we don't normally get a chance to see... ALL thoughts and comments appreciated... big_smile

I gotcha, just throwing it out there.  That's cool about the ride too coolcool If I don't ride a 20, I don't get better on a 20, so I just always ride a 20 now.  I'm not sure if I'm getting any better or not, but I'm having a blast trying big_smile

Totally agree, if the weather sucks I'm not going either lol just thought I would throw it up here for you guys since I know you're not TOO far away.  I just got back from visiting my family in MI this past weekend and it wasn't a bad drive now that all the summer vacationers are gone.

Afternoon gents, Is there any where on our west side to ride indoors, skate park or even a place to practice flat? Any news on Battle ground skate park in BC?
Would be a way to meet up and get hurt, haha

I would cruise around Hastings. I'm about 8 miles from grandvalley in standale. So much traffic around here so I go to bike paths. Hoping I can do more mountain biking next year.http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-images/176895/20170619_1301075a116ea855.jpg

A little to cold today, hehe.

But yes a ride or get together is needed. Ritchie and I discussed a meet up and or ride at the soon to be reopenin skate park in battle creek, battle ground.
Hell id even settle for a meet up at a restaurant bar and talk some ideas.
