Re: Cranks of the Day!

I've always had a place in my heart for Maxy Cross cranks.  They just look so cool, and were, in my opinion, the best of the old-school alloy, square-taper cranks.  Those, and the Super Maxy cranks will always be my favorites.

Thanks bud.
They are mtb cranks but I am going to put them on a Hawk.

Really want to build on if my old mtb that I sold back then.

Re: Cranks of the Day!

Standard square taper but the drive side has an attachment piece, mine is missing.  I Have located one I just have the convince the guy to sell.
Worst case I will get one manufactured.

Interesting.  What was the theory behind the right side attachment?

Re: Cranks of the Day!

Thats pretty wild. So the "square drive plate" is separate to protect the crank arm? Cool idea.....
