Why CW bars? I run pro and cruiser bars and they work great. Very comfortable.

We did mud runs with out race bikes. We have about 8-10 ABA racers within 10 square blocks of my house. We filled a hand made berm with creek water and raced to a muddy finish, dozens of times in one day. We did these maybe 4-5 times over two summers. Our bike were packed in mud. We had to disassemble and repack bearing every time we did it. With a dirt skirt, my headset did not sound like 80 grit sand paper on steel on my ride home.

What works 100% better than the skirt is a chunk of air tube. "Dirt condoms" I call 'em.

maybe but it does NOT mean a dirt skirt was useless or stupid.  I would rather have a nice piece of finished aluminum than a ratty piece of rubber on my scoot.

LOL Pathetic is having to get a new account because you are afraid of your wife...  Your turn kitten balls ????

If you are OK with your actions why the concerted effort to hide what happened?

No reason (to me) other that pure looks. I just never liked the way they looked. Same with powerlite power bend bars. Both are perfectly functional, I just don’t care for either.

I thought the same until I tried it. If 1 cuts it nicely(won't be perfect), the final look really isn't that bad, and it's 99.9% more effective for the task, not 85. To each their own.

I’m with ya...CW bars are hideous...sorry to those that love them....

Please.....no Tuff Wheels on full on race bikes...original graphite’s only and pre 81 and never on a cruiser for God’s sake
Let me guess you were factory sponsored in
the 80’s...
Please no colored tires on race bikes...
So how many years were you a Pro....

To each their own I guess! I grew up with them so I dig them. But I will say that they are not for every bike.
