Obscure mid  70s frame

Found as a frame only. It resembles an A&A, but with a head badge, which mine is unfortunately missing. If you know any history of the company, let me know!

Three Arrows sprocket

I have one as well. Thought it was an A&A until I saw the holes where a head tube badge would go. Powder coated and in the process of building. Yours looks great. You did a nice job.
