McDonough NY thruster tri power

Acquired this from drummer boy,19 lbs complete,best rider I've ever had,plain and simple..I love it

That's really cool.  Who actually made it?


Hutch Fun Facts: All main line Hutch's with digits only S/N (no letters or baseballs) on the rear drop outs were US made and had their dropouts stamped between late '83 and '86.  Obviously the frame manufacture would occur slightly after that, even if they just threw 'em in a bucket randomly.  There is an obvious date code in that the first 2 digits seem to be the month and the 3rd digit is pretty obviously the last digit of the year running from '83-'86.

Speed unlimited after the name was bought by Gary sasquadanio ,it was american made,McDonough NY but short lived,they were slated for production but never made it off the ground..there are 5 pre production built so far that I have found,2 of them trip power the other 3 are silencers which was basically a vanishing point

It actually was a factory color but not for this one,I repainted it..it is the same bike listed under drummer boys rides here,it was white originally..the og colors for 2002 where white,chrome or black so far that I've found
