Really nice bike cool .  I bought one of these frame/fork sets NOS a couple of years ago and they're sweet!  I love the look of the closed/female dropouts as well - this f/f kit is the reason why I decided to get closed drops on my new titanium Lairdframe and prototype Ti-lairdfork.
