1988 GT Performer

Survivor bike.

Back in the 80's my walls were covered in posters from BMX Action Bike magazine. Needless to say Eddie Fiola featured on many of them, yep along with Mr Haro & Ruffle they adorned my walls toting their amazing bikes and skills. Fast forward to present day and the acquisition of this Survivor 88 Perfomer. Sold in the US (bike shop details still on bike) it made its way to the UK. I can't bring myself to restore it, it has had a few extras added but is pretty much stock with many original parts. It rides like a dream and last year 2015 it finally was reunited with Eddie himself who signed it and commented on how nice it was. This year it will be meeting up with Eddie again along with the rest of the RAD Army as they come to the UK.

Re: 1988 GT Performer

Damn I love that blue smile

Whoa whoa whoa, Miss Lippy! The part of the story I don't like is that the little boy gave up looking for Happy after an hour! He didn't put posters up or anything, he just sat on the porch like a goon and waited! That little boy's gotta think 'You got a pet. You got a responsibility!' If your dog is lost you don't look for an hour then call it quits! You get your ass out there and you find that fu*king dog!!! (Billy Madison)
