1986 Redline RL-20II

I built this over the summer ...just getting around to submitting it.
The chrome on this 86 is gorgeous. It is an original all chrome RL 20II that I thought would make a nice rider .

I got the Frame and Fork off craigslist and the rest of the parts were parts I've had for awhile. There is a a 3 digit stamped on the rear dropout for some reason. Would love an answer to that if someone had one. Thanks guys , hope you like it

Would love any input on the number on the dropout... I've only seen it on 1 other bike... Would love to know what it's for
