That's a cool idea!
You can also make beer bread by mixing self rising flour with beer. turns out pretty good but gotta eat it fast. I'm sure there are recipes on the internet. I've made corona, guiness bread and a few others. Been awhile though.
My beer of choice lately has been Dos Equis amber with a shot of tequila, lime and smoked chili pepper bitters - call it the Johnny Silverhand after the drink in CyberPunk 2077.
