1987 Hutch Wind Styler

My 87 Wind Styler. Built for the 2016 calendar build off.

One of the IH serial numbers. Picked up the f/f/b a few years back in pretty rough shape. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go catalog or custom with it, but I decided to have a little fun and go the custom route. I always think of the iconic red, white and blue that Hutch used in it's ads bitd so I decided to go with those colors on my build and since the bike was never offered in that color, it went with my custom theme. One of the best parts of this build for me was doing all the paint work, getting that candy red smooth was fun. Hope you like it as much as I do. Parts List: Frame: Hutch; Fork: Hutch; Bars: Hutch; Stem: Hsin Lung; Headset: Tange; Rotor: ACS; Grips: Fuan (from an 86 DB Strike zone); Brakes: Lee Chi; Seat: Trick top knock off w/ unknown post; Seat clamp: Hutch Hi caliber; Crank: Unknown w/ Pro neck 44t chainring and spider; Pedals: Hutch; Rims: ACS Z mags w/ Suntour freecoaster; Tires: Tioga comp ramp; Chain: KMC; Pads: Hutch (nos)
