1990 Redline RL 240

I've been told the RL240 isn't exotic....

This beauty started life as a mint green ugly duckling and hadn't known love for a very long time. She had been abandoned and in poor appearance although to my surprise on inspection the frame set looked to had done virtually no work, and was in excellent structural condition.

So I gave her a make over and wow what a beauty she is now!
First up the frame and forks were sand blasted and re-powdered in bright white. I assembled her as the various parts arrived frustratingly waiting the the wheels about a month after everything else. However she waited patiently and the final result was a quality bike that looked and rode even better than when it was first taken home from the bike store back in the day.
