No Racing, but I am a jumper, I'm an ex freestyler, ramp rider, but now all I do is set up race bikes and jump, dirt, ramp, and if I can just get a hold of a 10 ft half pipe I would be in HEAVEN!!!!!

Re: 2015 SE Racing P.K. Ripper

Sounds good, i got a 2014 ripper elite I got for racing back in February and I've gotten where I can't really get to the track much anymore, I may just go back into good old dirt jumping with it too.

Re: 2015 SE Racing P.K. Ripper

Actually you made me doubt so I went and checked it my self again, the forks that came with this 2015 ripper is not lighter then the S&M pitchforks that I have, I have 4 of them, I don't even have a scale, you can physically feel the difference, the SE forks are way heavy, plus theres no thread for a compression nut, it justs fits those cheap star nuts, that never can stay tight, maybe you have a pair of light landing gears but the ones I got feel like Huffy steel, lol, I just can't get why they made such a heavy fork.

Yes, I have seen this figure before.  Landing gear forks weigh 32oz.

I actually took my forks off my 2014 Pk Ripper and weighed them.  The forks weighed 35oz

Re: 2015 SE Racing P.K. Ripper

Glad to see a retro pk used full force! cool

Lately I was also looking at Landing Gears in detail, there vary in weight, depending on the type of steerer tube
