1987 Haro Team Sport

Ding Dong

A slow, progressive build with parts coming from all corners from the globe.
A catalogue build using a C4 restored Haro Team Sport frame, fork and bars, OG Peregrine HP-48's wheels, Dia-Compe Nippon front and DC 990 rear brake, Haro fluted straight seat post, Peregrine 180mm cranks with Anlun sealed bottom bracket and Haro fork stands.Nos parts used are Viscount Dominator (black rails) seat, Peregrine seat clamp, Peregrine HP tires, Dia-Compe Nippon brake pads, Peregrine CD chain wheel, Odyssey upper and lower cables, DC dated '87 front cable, Shimano PD-MX 15 pedals,Haro axle extenders, Odyssey Gyro, Haro Group 1 stem.The reproduction parts are AME grips and Tange BMX 125 sealed headset. (this is the only non production release part on the bike) I hope you enjoy this bike as much as I have building it.

I would trade my 86 green for an 87/88 teal.
Even thought the 86 green is more iconic (color at least).....the 87/88 teals have an emotional connection for me.
