1985 Cycle Craft Mini

Munchkin Racer for my boy!

Sold 08/2018
Always been a fan of Cycle Craft. I had Project CC24 XLC in the works and been sourcing parts for the better of 3 years. This little gem shows up in the FS section . . . I make an offer and slowly she makes it over to me. Seller proclaims OG and 1985, discussions here place '87- early '90's. No visible serial #but CC's do not have date codes in their serial #'s. Judging from parts and condition somebody took good care of her and looks to be legit: decals, slight patina @ headset + all era proper goods-touched up/blend on rear triangle. May swap out a couple of things and then post up additional pics. Hope you enjoy. CC 20 mini F&F + pads Powerlite alloy bars - DK mini stem-new eara AME grips Sakae Cranks-ProNeck 44t(maybe bump it down to 41 or 42?)-Shimano pedals Arraya 20 X 1 1/18 hoops, SS spokes laced to Suze sealed hubs-Primo V-Track tires-Shimano DX freewheel UniSeat-GT seat clamp DiaCompe Tech III lever-shortie DC caliper from road bike.    Been trying to get my boy off his trusty Wallgoose 16" and into a real bike!

Re: 1985 Cycle Craft Mini

Nice bike but it's actually a late 87-92 model, they did not have those decals in 1985 for sure. Don't let the hear say fool you! cool

Re: 1985 Cycle Craft Mini

Sounds plausible if this is all OG. Let us go with '89-ish wink. seeing if I can  correct title block.
