1981 Mongoose Motomag

I found this one in the back of an old camper at a local Pull A Part. It was missing the front fork and front wheel. It did have a nice Diamondback Turbo stem on it that I used on another bike. It was in super nice shape and looked like it hadn't been used very much. I installed some blue Skyways and cleaned everything up. I made my own Mongoose style double clamp stem that is one inch longer. It rides super nice and is my favorite bike right now.

A great ending for the once wayward Goose. cool

It came close to being crushed, melted down and repurposed as an appliance or a new Walgoose. yikes

Very nice score. Nice job on the stem, nickel plate it and it'd look like a factory one!
