2015 Urban Menace 2-4

The Urban Menace 2-4. The second Menace design took all winter but it's done!

Meet the Urban Menace bikes 2-4. A 24" BMX commuter I've been working on to try to get bmx back to the masses. This is the proto-type, all handmade full chromoly and made in the USA!

It's huge compared to new school cruisers!

That is great, so far how do you like it? And do you have an idea of what the final price would be?

A bicycle is like a toothbrush; you should have one and use it often.

I had it out for a couple of hours today and love it. I had to stop fast a couple of times and had to dodge a few pigeons and had none of the problems like when I'm on my 26" cruisers. It is way more nimble and just as comfortable as my big bikes....I think I'm onto something. wink

This is the prototype frame that I had made in the U.S.. I am getting another one made in China which I'll be able to sell at a reasonable price (around $300 for a frame) once I check it out. If there is enough interest, I'll get a batch made.

Love it, it looks like so much fun to ride!  Old school 24" geo with a shorter rear end.  The best of both worlds!

Re: 2015 Urban Menace 2-4

Great looking frame,  looks like it's well suited to sit and pedal.  Not how I ride, but I think there's a definite market for it.   Throw a nexus or multi speed hub on it, that would be a blast just to ride around town.
