cool All you need are the OG NOS wheels that came stock on these and your Ultra would be perfect!

Re: 1998 Haro Ultra

I'm pretty sure it. didn't come with a different wheel set I'm almost certain the guy you bought  The ultra from tsipidbikes has taken off and replaced the rare and expensive araya super 7x wheel set and with the less expensive set and he his selling them separately to make a higher profit on the bike just like now he has a set of Araya super seven x's laced to some mega hubs that he's asking 440.00 for just the wheels and hubs! also he does have a pair of nos 7xhoops and a nankai freecoaster individually I'm certain those parts came off your bike he just picked it apart to make the maximum amount of $ but I guarantee you that freecoaster belongs on your bike look at his for sale items he has the hoops for $230.00 the Nankai freecosater for $240.00 and the front mega hub for $75.00 that's $535.00 extra if he sells these items still a killer build but I feel that's not right the way he picked the bikes apart for the rarer parts but oh well killer ultra still enjoy

Re: 1998 Haro Ultra

It may have came factory with those rims & tyres, as the Catalogues are printed before the production & they run with whatever equipment is at hand. My 96 ultra came with front Suzue & nankai rear but catalogue says front & rear suzue. Sweet bike!

I had one back in 97/98. Rear was a Nankai Freecoaster on Arayas and the front was a Mega on Araya, radial laced.

I agree n a shame he did that but then again I guess you could say he's not an enthusist he's just into this hobby for the money. Just look at the prices on his back trail frames for sale...he wants what a complete USA Backtrail in creme would cost complete for just the frame and fork.and not to he mean but I hope it stays for sale. People like that make the real enthusist very hard to be able to afford nice haro parts and bikes.
