1988 GT Pro Performer

Found this in the classifieds! 1988 gt pro performer in very nice survivor condition. I completly disassembled the bike, cleaned, waxed, greased and reassembled. The only thing replaced was the tires, added some nos barefeet! This is the only one i've seen in black. Enjoy! R.R

Re: 1988 GT Pro Performer

All the bearings, races, and cups throughout were like brand new! When i took the rims apart the
grease was still brite red.The spring race on the headset only had a trace of wear and i mean only a trace! The tires were like new rotted tires :( and those were the only things replaced on this bike. Thanks, Red

Here's some of the parts apart ta give you an idea of how clean it was.

Re: 1988 GT Pro Performer

Nice Barefeet... Hmmm... Where did you get those things.... ;)

I am so glad to see you left it in its original state. So many posers out there would have parted out the good parts and or converted it into a 87 Team Model. Very VERY Nice bike...

Stunning. Absolutely stunning! I thought I like GT Performers in white or blue. Scratch that. Black is the new fave :D Amazing to see the GT in that condition. Awesome score Red!
