1983 CW Racing Phaze 1

One of my holy grails..And also my 2015 Calendar build off submission.

I've always loved the infamous Z frame. Although not very practical due to the frame snapping at the Z, it is still an amazing and awesome looking bike so I had to have one. Here she is, my CW Racing Phaze 1

Great looking bike. My buddy had a new white one bitd. I remember it riding along side of me and my Haro Sport. We must have ridden 10,000 miles from sun up to sun down learning and doing tricks. smile Great memories. I always loved the CW Phaze 1 with the Z frame. cool

Re: 1983 CW Racing Phaze 1

That is one fantastic CW! If I only could find one sitting in a barn collecting dust...One of my top three favorite bikes - great job. Added to my favorites list as of now.

Re: 1983 CW Racing Phaze 1

How can I submit my CW to the 2015 Calendar build off submission?

It's too late now. There was a deadline to submit your bike, which has long passed now. Best you can do is wait for next years build off or enter one that goes on throughout the year.

Thanks for the kind words. I appreciate it. Def was a fun ass build.

Re: 1983 CW Racing Phaze 1

Thanks everyone who commented and faved my ride. This truly was a blast to hunt down all the parts and create the vision of what I had in mind when I bought this frame. All your comments makes me feel like I did her justice. Still keeping my hopes up to get on the calendar but I don't think it's going to happen sad     Too many nice bikes in the old school category and not enough love for the race bikes....I guess what they say rings true, all the Haro's and Hutches get the votes. Looks like I'm gonna have to buy a master or a trick star for next year....lollol

Just playin around. Either way, succeed or fail, I had a great time along the way and met some cool ass people. Cheers
