1984 CW Racing ZX-3

Great feeling geometry on this race breed frame

Odd ball serial number with the X missing. After conversations with several folks including Juan of bmx-addicts I believe this is a chrome ZX-3. Not a lot of the chrome ones around and looks close to a Pistol Pete frame bracket wise. Drop outs and head tube were pretty rough but a few hand tools and hours later and I have a fun rider condition CW. Previous owner put the wrong ZX stickers on it, but I like em so they're stayin....

Re: 1984 CW Racing ZX-3

Slick build. Always wanted a CW, especially after my older stepbrother picked up a Phase 1 back in the 80's.

Some day.....

Re: 1984 CW Racing ZX-3

Thanks. It looks much better with a straight post and a red seat. I need to get some update pics added.

Re: 1984 CW Racing ZX-3

Some updates. Got rid of the Tioga layback post for a aluminum 7/8" straight Race Inc post I had. Also got rid of the cheap ass Aero yellow seat I had on it for this red Kashimax.
