1993 Diamond Back Viper
1993 Diamond Back Viper
Neighbor lady gave this to me a few days ago because her son went to college. I changed the bars for some black Haro bars and added the gold rocket valve covers. The blue seat clamp was custom painted by the previous owner who works in an auto body shop so it looks really good. The brakes are awesome and as far as I know everything other than the rear tire and bars are OG to this bike.
Gifted to notapadawan for shipping since he gifted me a Haro when I had no bike at all.

Re: 1993 Diamond Back Viper
Let me get this straight....a member sent you a Haro FREE because you didn't have a bike. Now you have two others in the Museum including another FREE bike that now has Haro bars and it's going to be for sale?
Nice

I hope you send all the proceeds of this bike selling to user "notapadawan" in exchange for the PIF Haro he sent you if in fact anyone wants to buy from you. Rumor has it you'd like $180 for this free bike.....

Re: 1993 Diamond Back Viper
Let me just say this.....the orange bike in the museum was a crappy Magna that I got for $20 the day before I joined this site and turned it over for $40. I never intended for that to be my bike. I just put it in the museum because I figure that even crappy bikes need to be in there too. Then notapadawan gave me his bike for close to $50 shipping. While that bike was in the mail on the way...a neighbor lady from across the street was moving and this Diamondback was her son's who's in college bike and she just gave it to me. I never ever meant any harm. I paid him back fully for the bike he gave me. The shipping price. I plan to build it up little by little and make it my personal bike....the Haro. After that I probably won't have any other bikes other than those that come and go off CL just so I can post them in the museum and resell them. I am sorry you are all upset but I think this is between notapadawan and me. He and I already discussed the Diamondback issue. As far as what I want for this bike.....the rumor you heard was WRONG! The only part on this bike from the Haro was the handlebars because the ones that were on the Diamondback originally were the same color of blue as the Haro. Please just step off my nutsack. The ONLY thing I did wrong was put a price for the Diamondback without being a pro member. As soon as I get $20 I will do so. Every single cent of anything I make off any bikes I sell is going on the Haro F4 that was generously given to me for the price of shipping.

Just wanted you to know...I am giving this bike away to notapadawan because he likes it and since he gave me the Haro for $50.00 I feel I should give this bike to him for the same price. He asked me yesterday about trading parts I need for the bike but I am just going to give it to him. I hope that makes you feel better about me.

Thanks. I had to move quickly so I sold some and gave some to neighborhood kids. The only bikes I have left are the Hutch and the Roadmaster childhood bike.
