1985 Bridgestone BTR 20

1985 Bridgestone BTR20 Trials bike from back when trials bikes shared a BMX background and parts.
Only been able to find two more of these and they were both in Japan.

Really cool vintage trials bike with some very unique features.
Aero shaped tubing on the top tube, bridged fork, crazy looptail.
when I saw it for sale I knew I needed to have it...hope you guys enjoy something different.

This is a very cool bike! Yea, your right I think I need one also! Can't wait to see the other pics. I'm wondering how hard it will be to find one in the US.
I'll be looking. PS don't tell my wife!

Re-CYCLE,

I won't tell yours if you don't tell mine.

Thought I had a bunch of picks on the laptop...only found a few...I'll snap some new ones in the morning.

Re: 1985 Bridgestone BTR 20

I saw one of these this morning at an old school meet in Tokyo! Very interesting design features!!

Check out my 1983 VDC-built Trident, 1983 Kuwi Laserlite, 2010 GT Ultrabox 2, 2011 Crupi race rig and prototype Quamen, plus the all things Crupi & old school scene in Japan threads. Always interested in buying used, mid-school race plates and pads - UGP, Knucklebone, Lizard Skins, Pryme and the like, me like!!

This rules!:cool::cool: I have a fascination with OS trials stuff.

Raced NBL tracks in the 80's East Coast. Boston is home base. Wide ranging love for all things BMX. I have great memories and continue to make them. Faster than greased moose poop.

Glad you dig it, I'll keep you in mind if I decide to make some room in the garage.
