“Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

Put the nos pads on the Cannondale, swapped the Switchblade forks for the Answer ones on the Elf DX, cleaned the freshly chromed uniblade fork up and trial fitted the hub and then mocked up the Mono with bits lying around to free up bench space.

I’ve been slowly stripping the paint off of this old 1981 Coast King BMX (really just a rebranded Huffy Pro Thunder)

Going to completely repaint it and rebuilt it

https://s3.amazonaws.com/uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 8d50d.jpeg

Front triangle pretty much stripped, just gotta see if I can use some naval jelly on some leftover rust, and working on the rear triangle

https://s3.amazonaws.com/uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 8a7cd.jpeg

Strippy strippy :P

Just need to hit a couple of spots with naval jelly, and then she’ll be ready for primer.

Just threw some new tires on the ‘88 FST.

Didn’t realize until after taking pics that I accidentally put the front tire (or wheel depending on how you look at it) on backwards. Oops :P

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

Got the winter rider down (FBM). Realised both tubes were like, totally empty. Then I realised they went down after a day and I pumped them back up, so two defective tubes FFS.

Getting the Morales ready to be finished and then store it away.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

And so it begins. I have some interesting ideas I want to put into play on this one. Won't be an overnight build by any means. I've had 2 of these pass through my hands that were both just trashed beyond repair. Third time is a charm. I've loved this particular bike since the first time I laid eyes on one back in the early 90s.
