Rebuilding a Mafia Bikes complete that local kid wants to pass down to his younger brother. Never seen one of these. This one is part chromoly, and welds etc are quality. Wheels are double wall front / back, sealed hubs with oil slick purple spokes. Easy rebuild but going to turn out nice cool

What's weird is the 1st time came out cherry. Until about 24hrs later. Looked at it and somehow during the process, it had these weird little wrinkles show up in various places. Stripped it clean, angrily, and hit it with some good prep solution this time around. 2nd round of paint looks killer for now. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Replacing the kill switch in the 944,  sadly the switch they sent was a few pieces short and holes are the wrong size for my application. https://s3.amazonaws.com/uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-images/23382/20211013_1823366168df659e.jpg

Hopefully not! But yeah, that’s pretty similar to what I had happen. I think some hair or something got on it the second time (gotta love not having access to a contamination-free paint booth) but I still got it to turn out after a couple tries. I’m sure it’ll turn out great on your end cool

The wrinkles are from the paint not sticking properly in that area. Looks like it came out awesome.
