Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

Painted my '99 Haro Supra SX/DLX frame today. "Custom mixed" acrylic base with 2K clear. Gray primer made it less orangish and more goldish than I expected, but I think it came out good. Couldn't find a formulation for the original color, so had to wing it based on memory and what was left of original paint in the bottom bracket.https://s3.amazonaws.com/uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-images/260302/20200703_1715575f000fa787.jpg

Re: WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

About 60% done with my son's treehouse. So many pieces needing to have a bolt / nut vs a lag bolt to make it safer and sturdier that it's taking a bit longer to complete but well worth knowing the kids will be safer.

1st , sweet looking bike

Next ? .... I don't recall ever seeing a Haro race F&F with that slopped of a seat tube angle. First thing I thought was Pete L. went from CW straight to Haro, any chance Pete told Haro I want a frame with the same geometry of his signature CW Pistol Pete frame ? This Haro's REALLY has a CW looking geometry to me.

Just saying ...  any chance the serial is something uncommon , factory rider issue ?

Looking for :

  * ACS Z-rim hoops/wheels in pink "Woody Itson" signature model …  * NOS/Mint Shimano DX pedals in Red or Blue ... * NOS/Mint Suntour XC-II pedals  9/16 ... * NOS / Mint Sugino 40 or 42 chain ring chrome  ...  * NOS / Mint MKS Grafight-X pedals  ...  * NOS chrome MX 1000 brakes  ...  * NOS  Tuf Neck power disc & chain ring in GOLD  ...

Haro zebra. Bought it to replace stepson's stolen forum, but ye discovered chicks and souped up hondas, sooooo....this green beauty is gonna be my dirt/trails bike. Parts are mainly stragglers from some recent builds. 25 lbs target. Gold accents are a nod to the early 80s "team" era.
