HARO RETRO SPORT #70
Bought this with a little help with Shawn O letting me know about a guy in Minnesota who still had it in the box. Absolutely solid bike and nice job on the retro design. Only thing I changed was the padded seat. Just didnt look right.

Re: 2006 Haro Sport
Is the bottom bracket the American size like the old school bikes? It's hard to tell in the pictures.
This is a cool retro bike, more companies should follow Haro's lead and issue retro bikes. I think most of the new school bikes look the same but this Sport stands out with the top tube platform and the half paint/half chrome, not to mention the 88 color/decal scheme.
If I decide to get a new school bike this will be the one I get.

Re: 2006 Haro Sport
Nice ride, I like the seat 07CARRERA. I gave mine a bit of a tweak a while back. Put Haro Mirra bars on it, a set of skin walls from AJK, and paint/decals on the bars & seat post. Just wanted to make it a little bit different from the others on here. I bet you have a paint scratch mark on the inside of your bars, apparently they all have it.

Re: 2006 Haro Sport
Bottom bracket is a little smaller on this bike as opposed to my 86-88's. I too like the way the top tube looks. It's much thicker than my 86-87 Sports.
No paint scratch on my bars

Re: 2006 Haro Sport
Your Sport looks good with the black Dominator seat! Do you plan on putting any more old school parts on it?

Re: 2006 Haro Sport
I'm probably going to throw some Haro decals on the handlebars and that's about it. I love the way it rides currently and putting on "old school" tires would affect that.

Re: 2006 Haro Sport
Love it, we both have the same seat. Our bikes are blood brothers. Great ride!
