Re: 1981 Cook Bros. Racing Cruiser 26

Damn that turned out NICE!  I couldn't even keep the new tires on my 26" Z-rims until I swapped to 1.75's.  The 2.125's would come off of the bead on the rear unless I ran real low air pressure.

Grammar is important. Capital letters are the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and helping your uncle jack off a horse.

Re: 1981 Cook Bros. Racing Cruiser 26

The Cook Bros Cruiser is my Grail bike also. I'm about to buy one off a close friend that has had it since 1983. It has every possible CBR part. Not sure which crank model but I know it's early. It's complete. Frame, fork, bars, seatpost, seatpost clamp, cranks, BB, hubs, stem and pads. Frame, fork and Bars are chrome. Any ideas on a fair price?
