1996 GT Performer

All original parts with the exception of the grips and pedals.

Originally purchased in Pennsylvania and registered there in 1996. Bike was only ridden for a year and then stored until I purchased in May '08. Recently put on some clear grips (to show off decals underneath) and NOS GT gumwall tires.  Original pedals were falling apart so I put on these black GT pedals to compliment the finish.   Bike is now enjoying life in sunny San Diego.  Thanks for looking.

Re: 1996 GT Performer

Just added some GT gumwalls.  I have the original pedals but not in good shape.  Still looking for clear GT grips. :D

Re: 1996 GT Performer

Mate, I have to tell you, that is one clean ride. After having just bought one that has 'a bit' of rust you deserve alot of credit for keeping it that rust free and scratch free. Well done. Know where I can get some decals beside eBay?

Re: 1996 GT Performer

Thanks for the comments. I've been looking for decals as well.  Although its hard to tell, my decals have some pits here and there.  Other than the fork decals I've found on E-bay, the only COMPLETE set on earth belong to DEMON GT who posted above.  Maybe we can talk him into making some repos!

LOL, thanks man, I've had a lot of projects going on lately so I've neglected the one that game the fever all over again after all those years.  Had to take her out this past weekend and clean her up.  She's ready for Crown Point this weekend, ;)
