1978 Mongoose Motomag

Black and Nickle 70's bmx at it's purest

Parts and pieces from several folks on here and a little bit from the prey. Fun to build and fun to ride. Love the coaster brake wheels, but about threw me over the bars a couple times. Gonna have to put a lay back on this to ride at events as my lanky arse legs almost hit the bars

1978 Ashtabula NOS fork
1978 Ashtabula Stem
1977 Schwinn Box Bars

NOS Hunt Wilde grips and Plate (w/Black Electrical Tape #'s like we did as kids)

Re: 1978 Mongoose Motomag

Very nice example of an old Mongoose.

I saw a '79 goose get back flipped at the local skatepark this weekend.  It was awesome. cool
