1999 Diamondback Team Issue

Rare Bike here in the USA.

I wanted a Reactor, than an Assault, than a Team Issue Reactor - but this is the pinnacle right here.
The Team Issue seems to have been available down in Australia, but I've never seen one here - until I did, so I bought it.
Got this one out of Muncie Indiana.

I've only seen these as 1999, however the serial number would make me think it's a 2001
but I'm not a serial number expert to know.  Mods?

Red Team Issue pro frame Approx 21" tt, 6061 T-6 aluminum
Integrated chain tensioners in the 3/8" drops
American BB, V-brake mounts, 1 1/8" Threadless head tube

Wanted a chrome fork but only had the Powerlite threadless fork I got it with

Bontrager seat with Yellow rails
Powerlite 27.0 seat post w integrated guts
DB seatpost clamp
Profile Imperial 43t sprocket
Torker T-Drive 180 cranks (or similar DK or Schwinn - same thing.)
Free Agent platform pedals powdered yellow
Schwinn sealed XS rear hub laced to black Sun Rims B.F.R.
Haro sealed front hub laced to Velocity Psycho rim
Tektro V-brakes in Yellow
Tektro Talon lever (red/black)
Dyno chrome handlebars
Unknown threadless stem... I believe it is a DB, however, was sold to me as a bombshell stem (but look at my 99 DB reactor cruiser for similarity)
Redline grips and bar plugs

Stuff I want: 2000 24" DB Reactor Team frame ,  Voxom and Enigma stuff. Alliant / Radix stem and stuff.  JW and Stiffys stuff.  Cool late mid-school cruiser parts.

Re: 1999 Diamondback Team Issue

A friend of mine raced a blue one of these in Texas back in 2000. Not a fan of DB but I always loved this frame, such an awesome design.
