That red one really looks like the pro neck is machined in. The stamping process deforms the immediately surrounding materials of the cap very slightly. If it's cnc'd or etched the surround area remains undisturbed.
Just my opinion, but that red stem looks newly made.

you be right.

Okay Guys, One Of The Tell Tale Signs That A PRO NECK Is Real Or OG Finish Is The Presence Of Milling Marks Along The Sides And Front Of The Stem Cap/Base. They Won't Be Matching As Each Was Milled Seperately.https://s3.amazonaws.com/uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-images/245204/160011349230034299882520344090665f5fcbd8f2.jpghttps://s3.amazonaws.com/uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-images/245204/9757c1c9-ef9a-412c-98d7-f7da2d564610260fdeed25e.jpg

Thats another tell….I think that is due to the bar stock used…not milling by those making the stems.  I have seen some match and others not.

Still searching for my missing bikes from BITD. 1979 Blue Max serial: CI9 221346 and 1977 Webco serial: 42667. Both were last seen at Spoke and Sport Bicycles in Spokane, WA around 1984. $600 reward if found!!

It would have been nice if they kept the Knight logo on these stems instead of trying to look repop

At least we know that Knight will give the customer a kicka$$ quality stem.

Repop. They are similar, but it's easy to tell the difference. Like the Profile Lockjaw repop.
