Beautiful carbon copy of the bike you saw in the 86 ad bitd. C4 lab restored with all OEM parts.

Re: 1986 Haro Sport
Thanks bro. That 88 Sport you have is nice as well. How did you get those VP 500 pedals so damn shiny? I've tried some never dull and brillo pad but mine don't look like yours.

Re: 1986 Haro Sport
Get a multi speed one, I have the 400 XPR. I think Lowe's has a better selection then Home Depot on dremels.

Re: 1986 Haro Sport
That's a beautiful Sport. I saw this when Dan posted it on vintageBMX. You are lucky to be the guy who got it. A friend of mine had the same one in white BITD and this sure brings back memories.

Thanks! By the way, I love that 89 Master of yours. Probably the nicest one I've seen on here. Great Haro collection!

Re: 1986 Haro Sport
Cheers bro. it actually wouldn't look this good other than Team Haro's (Scottish Johns) decal kit. Love your 86 Sport mate. Keep up the good rides.

Re: 1986 Haro Sport
A beautiful '86 Sport. I have one in line for restoration, 95% OEM, hopfully finished off in the next month or two. To me BMX = SE Racing and Freestyle = Haro
Into riding & collecting BMX before old school was old school...

Re: 1986 Haro Sport
Now you can go back to the 80's and pick up a whole bunch of 'NEW' bikes. I only wish it was possible!

Sooo sweet!!! This picture excites me and makes me wanta cry at the same time. I purchased one back in '86 and L O V E D it. I had it for so long and probably had more miles on it than my car. I ended up giving it away to a kid that I found out didn't take care of it.
